At Archiv, every artwork is produced with care and inspected before it is dispatched. We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and any damage
Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or full refund where applicable.
Change of Mind
As each piece is printed to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect size selections, or orders placed in error.
Please ensure you carefully check your chosen artwork, size, frame option, and delivery details before completing your purchase.
Personalised or Custom Artwork
Custom, personalised, commissioned, or made-to-order artwork cannot be returned or refunded unless it arrives damaged, faulty, or has been supplied incorrectly.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for your payment provider to process the refund.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders may only be cancelled before production has begun. Once printing or framing has started, the order cannot be cancelled as it has been made specifically for you.
Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrives damaged or faulty.
If a return is authorised, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
