Thank you for shopping with Archiv. Every order is carefully produced, quality checked, and securely packaged before being dispatched.
Processing Times
As each artwork is professionally printed to order, please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched.
During busy periods, new product launches, or seasonal promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. If this happens, we’ll keep you informed.
Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 1–3 business days
- International: 5–15 business days (depending on destination and customs processing)
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your order.
Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.
Order Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey.
Packaging
Every print is carefully packaged using protective materials to help ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
Framed artwork receives additional protective packaging for safe transit.
Customs & Import Charges
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or handling charges that may apply in their country.
Archiv has no control over these charges and recommends checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel appears lost, arrives damaged, or you experience any delivery issues, please contact us as soon as possible.
To help us investigate quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- A description of the issue
- Photographs of any damage (if applicable)
We’ll work with the courier to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Archiv cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details supplied at checkout.
