Archiv is an independent art studio offering original artwork, fine art prints, framed artwork, and selected custom commissions.

Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Archiv.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary, including where:

Pricing errors have occurred.
Products become unavailable.
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.
Incorrect information has been provided.

If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders already accepted.

4. Payments

Payment must be received in full before production or dispatch begins.

We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.

5. Production

Most artwork is produced to order.

Colours may vary slightly between what you see on your screen and the finished printed artwork due to differences in monitor settings, printing processes, and materials.

Minor variations do not constitute a fault.

6. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Archiv is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, severe weather, industrial action, or events beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all artwork, designs, graphics, photographs, text, branding, website content, and creative materials are the intellectual property of Archiv and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright or any intellectual property rights.

Artwork may not be reproduced, copied, scanned, distributed, resold, modified, or used commercially without our prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Rights

Archiv is an independent art studio.

Unless expressly stated, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially licensed by any individual, estate, organisation, sports club, brand, film studio, music label, publisher, or other rights holder.

Any names or trademarks referenced remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Archiv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful under applicable consumer protection legislation.
