How to Order

📝 Please provide as much detail as possible in the customisation box. The more information you include, the better we can bring your vision to life.

📸 Got reference photos?
Simply upload them using the upload option above. You can only upload one image on the item page, if you want to provide more than one image, simply pop us over an email and quote your order number

📧 Proof Before Printing
We’ll email you a digital proof of your artwork before anything is printed. We’ll only print and dispatch your order once you’ve approved the design, so you can request any changes before production begins.

⚠️ Please Note
As every custom print is made especially for you, custom orders are non refundable and non returnable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

🚨 Print Size Notice

Please note that our prints are slightly under standard A4 size in length. Some designs also feature a 4mm white border as part of the artwork and printing process.

All prints are designed to fit comfortably within standard A4 mounted frames. We recommend using a mounted frame, as the mount provides the best presentation and accommodates the print dimensions beautifully.

Digital proofs will be sent as they are designed minus any border. If you’re custom work has a darker background then borders will be more prominent compared to those with lighter or no background
